MySQL biedt op dit moment een aantal cursussen aan. De belangrijkste zijn MySQL for Developers en MySQL for Administrators . Deze cursussen leiden op voor certificatie door MySQL. Daarnaast heeft MySQL cursussen die als kennismaking of voortraject dienen MySQL for Beginners en Dynamic Web Applications. Deze cursussen zijn bijzonder geschikt als men snel kennis wil vergaren over het gebruik van MySQL.
Open Source Academy biedt op dit moment de cursussen aan die op deze site vermeld worden. De cursusdata voor de Nederlandse en Belgische cursussen staan vermeld op het Rooster. MySQL offers a number of courses for certification and courses that focus on particular areas of MySQL. Chief courses for certification are MySQL for Developers and MySQL for Administrators; while MySQL for Beginner and Dynamic web applications are aimed at those that want to learn the capabilities of MySQL.
