This course presents the daily use of a Linux machine. During the training attendants will install Linux on a machine using a DVD/CD installation. The course also expands the knowledge of the underpinning principles of Unix and Linux. This course is part of a program for certification at the Junior level Linux Professional LPIC1 exams of the LPI and Linux+ certification of Comptia.
This course expands the knowledge of the attendant to system administration related tasks. The course presents topics such as network installation, Kernel tuning, Linux file systems, software compilation and back-up.
The last certification training covers all network service related topics such as advanced Linux network interface configurations, DHCP server, DNS server, Apache web server, Samba, Squid and NFS/NIS.
